opus - Mar 2013 - attributes.m4 license

Diego,

I noticed yesterday that your attributes.m4 autoconf macro package, part
of the autotools build support you contributed to opusfile, is licensed
GPL, rather than the usual blanket grant for macros.

Are you willing to relicense this so it's compatible with the project's
overall BSD license?

It's actually GPL-plus-exception, which is the same license as autoconf
itself.

Part of the code was actually derived from already GPL-plus-exception
which is why the license carried over, otherwise I'd be fine with a
simplified BSD license.
