opus - Jul 2012 - renaming list to opus

In preparation for the publication of the Opus RFC, we're renaming this
list to just 'opus'. Please adjust your filtering/sorting as necessary.

You don't need to take any special action to subscribe to the new list.

I'm doing the move today and will send another message when things are
back online.
