Sorry, I won't actually make it that easy for you.
This feature has been requested by many users over a period of many
years, and the OpenSSH maintainers have never engaged in an actual
discussion on the subject, prefering to stick their thumbs in their
ears and swing the banhammer on the relevant tickets.
I will repeatedly open this bug until you get a grip and start taking
the issue seriously. If you refuse to address it seriously, at least
leave one of the bugs open to the public so that users can continue to
levy their complaints and build up a body of evidence that you refuse
to address their grievances.
