xen discuss - Oct 2007 - SXCE b75 and VMware

That''s unsupported.  It needs bare metal to operate afaik.

Hello all,

Please forgive me for sounding stoopid on this one, but I am/do. I run Solaris
under VMware workstation build 19175
without any trubs at all. I just downloaded and installed SXCE b75, and was
trying to boot Solaris xVM, but it crashes
my VMware virtual machine before Solaris has much of a chance to feed anything
back to me :-(

Has anyone got xVM running in VMware, or is this just a virtualisation too far?
Or am I missing something fundamental?
