welcome!
zfs has been part of Solaris since Solaris 10 6/06 (I think), so that
shouldn''t pose a problem.
There is a drop of the Xen bits based on Solaris Nevada build 66 which you
can download from opensolaris.org.
More recently, we integrated what''s now called Solaris xVM into Nevada
build 75, so as soon as that''s available, you can download that and get
going. Here''s what my esteemed colleague Dave Edmondson adds to this:

(you can find this and more if you start at
http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/xen/, btw ;-)
Answering your question "how to get those two onto a server" in more
detail
will be harder, as you don''t provide information on what
you''re actually
planning to do with them.
I can''t comment on "MFC", since I don''t know what it
means.
