[Nut-upsuser] Fry's Electronics UPS...

Hello,
I am trying to get a "no-brand" (LMS DATA, model no LMSP1200RI) UPS to
work with NUT.
I now realise I should have checked compatibility with NUT before purchase. My
other UPS (APC) works perfectly.....
Anyway, I have spent a good day trying to get this thing working.

I managed to get nut-scanner to work and got this output:

What happened to the iManufacturer/iProduct/iSerialNumber strings?
Try removing the
'product'/'serial'/'vendor'/'bus' lines from
here:

Then try again.
(I'm not expecting it to work but.. who knows..)

It could work with drivers 'nutdrv_atcl_usb' (available since NUT
version 2.7.2) or with 'nutdrv_qx' (since 2.7.3).

Hmm, the version below says 2.7.1, not 2.7.3.

To get the drivers hyouko mentioned on Ubuntu, the easiest way might be to use a
PPA:

https://launchpad.net/~clepple/+archive/ubuntu/nut

(the strange version number in the PPA is because the packages were built from
Git just before the official 2.7.3 tarball was released.)

[Nut-upsuser] Fry's Electronics UPS...

Upgrading to 2.7.3 and using the nutdrv_qx driver and everything is talking now
between 3 devices.
I will need to test shutdown when I get home, but thanks for the excellent
support.
