Nut upsuser - Aug 2014 - Call for testing: bestfcom (Best Ferrups/Fortress driver)

If you have a BestPower FerrUPS 2.1kva or similar UPS, and use the bestfcom
driver, could you please test the following patch?

I'd like to merge it in for the next release of NUT, but I have no
confirmation as to whether it works, or makes things worse.
