Nut upsuser - Jul 2009 - Belkin F6C-1250-TW-RK is supported [patch]

Hi,
just wanted to let you know that I have two belkin F6C-1250-TW-RK
UPSes which work just fine with nut. I made this small patch so that
nut recognizes the usb device id.

Thanks for the patch! I committed the change for the belkin-hid  
subdriver (the other file is a generated one).
