What information Do I need to provide more, beyond upsc and shutdown tests for
add these devices on HCL ?

They have been committed to the HCL:

   https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/commits/master/data/driver.list.in

but at the moment, we are still manually updating the main NUT website (and I do
not have access to do that). A draft version of the website is being updated
now:

   http://new.networkupstools.org/
