upscmd information
test.battery.start not work - upscmd says 'OK', but UPS not start the
test.
test.battery.start.deep works not as it was expected - UPS switches to battery
two times across 1 second and all.
This two commands works in Windows in the Upsilon 2000 in the same way. May be
this is a UPS issue.
