we don't support quotes in strings anywhere, so I don't consider this as
a bug.
And even if it is a bug, we should fix it everywhere, and not just in the case
of --ulog-prefix.
The problem of 'spaces in the string' has been fixed six months ago, see
http://cvs.netfilter.org/netfilter/userspace/extensions/libipt_ULOG.c.diff?r1=1.11&r2=1.12
Yes, I should release iptables-1.2.8 _now_. Sorry for the huge delay.
