In kernel_patches/series I found a vanilla-2.4.22 that I used and everything went fine. I somehow missed the bit about quilt in the howto, I don''t remember doing anything like that last time I looked at lustre a few months ago. I managed to apply the patches with a foreach() loop to a vanilla 2.4.22 kernel without any problems. Thanks. Any suggestions? We will make a new release with updated kernel patches and packages soon. Because 2.4.24 has already been released with another security update, we will skip 2.4.23. I hope this doesn''t cause a problem for you. Thanks-- -Phil
