Logcheck devel - Aug 2004 - .25 release imminent

I would like to release the current HEAD as .25 by the end of the week.

Also: might have to wait on the doc rewrite as sarge is stabilizing.

ok, i'll check the commits and will fix /var/state stuff.
on my server i got in the meantime some messages that
could be ignored will commit them in the next 12h.

a++ maks
