llvm dev - Aug 2016 - Phabricator: adding a rule for a project

Hi,


Is it possible to create a Herald rule for a project?


For example, we want to add "AMDGPU" project as a reviewer for
anything that goes into AMDGPU target.


I looked around phabricator, but did not find a way to do it.
