llvm dev - Aug 2016 - LLVM 3.9 RC binaries for OS X?

Looking at http://llvm.org/pre-releases/, it seems that the vast majority of
LLVM pre-releases had binaries for OS X/macOS, but version 3.9 doesn't.

I'm admittedly completely unaware of the process behind producing
pre-release binaries. Should I stop expecting them or is it just circumstantial?
