I'm happy to make something happen if there's at least *one* other person in Sydney. :) > > I lurk, and am in Sydney. > > I’m working on a compiler for a Haskell dialect that produces LLVM. > https://github.com/DDCSF/ddc >Cool stuff!> Back-end code generation currently works ok. Garbage collector is still in progress. If you want to organise something I can rope in another 2-3 people, though like me they’ll be more about LLVM generation vs hacking directly on the LLVM compiler. >That's good enough for me. :) Let's let other lurkers from down under chime in. Thanks Ben! Cheers -- Dean

Sydney lurker checking in. My only experience with LLVM is using it as a backend, but I'm interested in learning more about the internals, and very interested in compilers in general. I'm working at Google, but not on anything to do with compilers (yet). Sounds like a good enough number for a social meet-up I think. :D Let's give it another couple days and let's try and sync-up to find a common time and convenient location. Cheers -- Dean
