[llvm-dev] [cfe-dev] [Openmp-dev] LLVM Social in Austin - Nov. 15?
Hi again, Both Tobias and Viet have Banger's Sausage House & Beer Garden (79 Rainey St - http://www.bangersaustin.com/). They have lots of outdoor seating (and indoor seating too). Rainey St is 0.3 miles from the convention center. Viet also supplied this list of recommendations in case we want more choices: Roaring Fork (American), Sway (Thai), Green Mesquite BBQ, Carmelo's (Italian), Clay Pit (Indian) Preferences between 6, 6:30 or 7pm as the starting time? -Hal ----- Original Message -----> From: "Hal Finkel via cfe-dev" <cfe-dev at lists.llvm.org> > To: "Sebastian Pop" <spop at codeaurora.org> > Cc: "LLVM Dev" <llvm-dev at lists.llvm.org>, "James H Cownie" <james.h.cownie at intel.com>, "Viet Ngo" > <ngo at coherentlogix.com>, "cfe-dev" <cfe-dev at lists.llvm.org> > Sent: Friday, November 13, 2015 12:37:22 PM > Subject: Re: [cfe-dev] [Openmp-dev] [llvm-dev] LLVM Social in Austin - Nov. 15? > > ----- Original Message ----- > > From: "Sebastian Pop" <spop at codeaurora.org> > > To: "James H Cownie" <james.h.cownie at intel.com> > > Cc: "Hal Finkel" <hfinkel at anl.gov>, "John Leidel (jleidel)" > > <jleidel at micron.com>, "LLVM Dev" > > <llvm-dev at lists.llvm.org>, "cfe-dev" <cfe-dev at lists.llvm.org>, > > "Viet Ngo" <ngo at coherentlogix.com> > > Sent: Thursday, November 12, 2015 9:39:10 AM > > Subject: Re: [cfe-dev] [Openmp-dev] [llvm-dev] LLVM Social in > > Austin - Nov. 15? > > > > A colleague recommended the Moonshine Patio Bar & Grill > > https://goo.gl/maps/5zUaNPQona12 > > just behind the conference center. > > The place has good reviews, my one concern is that a few hundred > people will all be finished with workshops at 5:30 PM at the Hilton > around the corner, and will a place so close to the convention > center be too crowded for a reasonable social (unless we're able to > reserve a private room)?
