Hello,
I defined a vm with filterref like:
<filterref filter='clean-traffic'>
    <parameter name='IP' value='192.168.1.161'/>
</filterref>
and now I need to add another IP parameter for this vm,is there any way to
achieve this?

No, I don't believe we have a way to update the parameters.
