[Libguestfs] FYI: libguestfs has been disabled entirely on Fedora 31+ i686 architecture
I disabled the tests on i686 back in 2016. This very likely meant that libguestfs was not working on i686 (and no one complained). Because of this change: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Stop_Building_i686_Kernels it's now not possible to even compile libguestfs on i686 so I have had to disable it entirely on this architecture.
