Conversion from Citrix Xen has now been tested and should work. Remove
the comment about it from the documentation.

If you refer to the release notes saying I tested it, that is not true. I
tested SUSE's Xen which is quite near from upstream, but I have no idea
about
Citrix's Xen.

This patch has been reverted and the release notes fixed.
