LARTC - Aug 2002 - htb in the 2.4 tree, woo woo

Just discovered the hard way (trying to patch) that Marcelo''s got htb
in
the 2.4.20-pre1 tree.  Way to go!  (I''m surprised it hasn''t
been
announced on this list before -- did I miss something?)

Is this the prepatch version you are talking about:
http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.4/testing/patch-2.4.20-pre1.gz
?

There are actually several patches, such as the ac series, and rc 
series. I just want to know I am getting the right one.
