Icecast - Feb 2007 - Does ICECAST support eAAC+ format

Hello Everyone,

I want to know whether ice cast server supports "eAAC+" format. Please
confirm it so where is the supporting DLL available. Thanks in advance

Icecast only supports the Ogg format (with a number of codecs,
including vorbis and theora).

Other formats may work (such as mp3), but are not explicitly supported.

Yes, Icecast2 Server supports eAAC+/aacPlusv2/HE-AACv2, and very well 
I might add.

Icecast2 Server only provides the streaming transport, therefore, 
there is no .dll for this support. The codec support is provided by 
the encoder.
