Hi,
I'm on the development team for radio404 (http://r404.sf.net). Pretty
much it's just a way for your users to beable to generate the playlist
for the stream based on their requests. Maybe this would fulfill your
dynamically generated playlists requirement? Let me know if you want
to use it and need any new features or what not :).
