If you can reproduce this without using icecast 1.x, I'd be happy to look into why it's happening - but since icecast 1.x is unsupported, I don't intend to look at it otherwise. <p>> In Icecast 2 : is the console administration available ? I'm not sure what you're actually asking about concerning YP. Mike p.s. Don't cross-post to icecast and icecast-dev. Pick one, and one only. --- >8 ---- List archives: http://www.xiph.org/archives/ icecast project homepage: http://www.icecast.org/ To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to 'icecast-request@xiph.org' containing only the word 'unsubscribe' in the body. Hello, I apologize for the listwide posting, but i am trying to contact a list member named Joe i can't remember the last name. I have had a hard disk failure and have lost his email. He informed me that he had ices 0.3 installed and running under FreeBSD 5.x. If he could contact me privately or anyone else who has this going i would appreciate it. Thanks. [icecast-dev] How relay stream information between icecast v1 & v2
Hi, I've two icecast server : - The first is an icecast server v1 where sources (using liveice and ices) are directly connected - The second is an icecast server v2 that relay two mountpoint from the other server When a use a player (such as xmms or winamp) and listen to the first icecast server, I got good stream information such as title, etc... When a use a player (such as xmms or winamp) and listen to the second icecast server, I can hear the music but no information is available. The title is the mountpoint. What the matter ? In Icecast 2 : is the console administration available ? (with telnet) How debug YP directory update ? Is a list of YP directory available somewhere ? --- >8 ---- List archives: http://www.xiph.org/archives/ icecast project homepage: http://www.icecast.org/ To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to 'icecast-dev-request@xiph.org' containing only the word 'unsubscribe' in the body. Examples for each of these are in the config file that ships with icecast 2. --- >8 ---- List archives: http://www.xiph.org/archives/ icecast project homepage: http://www.icecast.org/ To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to 'icecast-dev-request@xiph.org' containing only the word 'unsubscribe' in the body.
