Icecast - Aug 2004 - How broadcast a source with multiple bitrate ?

Hi,

How can I broadcast the same source in 128 kbps, 64 kbps and 24 kbps ?

live or pre-recorded ogg's/mp3's?

if a live stream, then darkice can do that quite nicely, providing your
box can do all of the encoding, in mp3 or in ogg.

ices (ices2) can do that as well, but only in ogg. ices-0.2.3 can do the
pre-recorded mp3's at different rates.
