Hello I found that in this version, in the access log, the source log lines are wrong. The number of bytes transfered for the source is always 19 bytes... bla.bla.bla.bla - - [17/Nov/2003:23:25:22 +0100] "SOURCE /radio-bro-gwened.ogg HTTP/1.0" 200 19 "-" "IceS 2.0-Beta2" 13325 bla.bla.bla.bla - - [17/Nov/2003:23:25:52 +0100] "SOURCE /radio-bro-gwened.ogg HTTP/1.0" 200 19 "-" "IceS 2.0-Beta2" 29 bla.bla.bla.bla - - [17/Nov/2003:23:26:15 +0100] "SOURCE /radio-bro-gwened.ogg HTTP/1.0" 200 19 "-" "IceS 2.0-Beta2" 22 bla.bla.bla.bla - - [18/Nov/2003:00:00:05 +0100] "SOURCE /radio-bro-gwened.ogg HTTP/1.0" 200 19 "-" "IceS 2.0-Beta2" 1647 before, it was bla.bla.bla.bla - - [11/Nov/2003:14:20:35 +0100] "SOURCE /radio-bro-gwened.ogg HTTP/1.0" 200 25865637 "-" "IceS 2.0-Beta2" 7741 Except that, I think it is more stable and a bug in reporting the source name in the access log has diseapered (the CVS lastest icecast is sometimes erasing the 8 first digits of the source name in the access log file, but it's fixed by your version.) I've tried kh13 and it has the same bug.> Except that, I think it is more stable and a bug in reporting the source name in the access log has diseapered (the CVS lastest icecast is sometimes erasing the 8 first digits of the source name in the access log file, but it's fixed by your version.) > will be ignored/filtered.If there are any other instabilities, then let me know. There were a few issues with mp3 metadata alignment recently on links where stalling could occur. These all look to be sorted now. cheers karl.
--- >8 ---- List archives: http://www.xiph.org/archives/ icecast project homepage: http://www.icecast.org/ To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to 'icecast-dev-request@xiph.org' containing only the word 'unsubscribe' in the body. I'm hoping this can get into 2.0... On berkman, our Icecast2 server, we need to keep no IP logs of listeners for their privacy (we also don't keep IP logs on Apache). I believe the version we're currently using, from CVS a few months back, is properly patched. I'd like to see this become either a standard ./configure option or a logfile option. Upgrading would become so much easier if it were. Is there a chance this can make it into the beta/2.0 release?
-------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed...
