`kubectl kadalu install` will install all pods which are required to run
GlusterFS server and Client. Kadalu also supports external GlusterFS outside
Kubernetes.

Kadalu csi pods includes GlusterFS client bits, CSI node plugin will
automatically mounts the PV when when application Pod starts.
