As wrote, currently i'm not using bonding but a single gigabit
connection and i'm still
unable to go over 1/4 of the theoretical speed.

1000/8/3 = 41MB/s

I'm stuck at 10MB/s

Just to clarify: any other protocol, like rsync, is able to saturate
the network.
*only* gluster can't go over 10MB/s
