As per the subject - will a change be recognised while the volume is running or does it have to be restarted? thinking of attributes like: cluster.background-self-heal-count cluster.heal-wait-queue-length cluster.self-heal-window-size thanks, -- Lindsay Mathieson

[Gluster-users] How dynamic are volume options?
HI Lindsay, Volume set operations does not require a volume restart. The changes will be recongnised automatically. If you are specifically referring to the options you have mentioned, then it applies to them as well. If you set those options, volume restart is not needed.
