The problem seems to LC_NUMERIC=lv_LV.UTF-8.
LC_NUMERIC="en_US.UTF-8" worked for you
in the previous command.
I guess this should be handled by glusterfs internally and requires a patch.
However, please use the workaround by using env command till we fix this.
