Hi All I'm a newbies in glusterfs. I have 2 machines all ubuntu 13.10 server AMD64. and step by step build gluster 3.5.0 from http://gluster.org/community/documentation/index.php/Building_GlusterFS When I probe client, create volume are successed. But in mount gluster, It's always say "*Mount failed. Please check the log file for more details.* " Ask Google 3 days but no sloutions for my situation and always show "*failed to get the 'volume file' from server*" log. So my last wish is in there. [Gluster-users] Can't mount gluster volume.

Hi All : Thanks your help . I use this command to do mount volume . ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- #mount -t glusterfs vm2:/tt/brick /mnt/vol ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ /etc/hosts contant with vm2's ip :192.168.100.106. And I had try do : # mount -t glusterfs 192.168.100.106:/tt/brick /mnt/vol there no useful. In vm2 machine I mount /dev/sdb1 in /tt and mkdir /tt/brick for gluster volume mount. thanks.
