Gluster users - May 2014 - strange characters in brick logs

I've not seen this one yet.  Has anybody seen this strange output from the 
gluster brick logs?  I've ran a gluster volume heal, info, split-brain and 
the results are clean.  I'm unsure what to make of it. 

I have a replicated 4-node gluster environment.

Any suggestions is appreciated.

Strange indeed. Could you please tell the actual filename in
/export/content/uprr/htdocs/newsinfo/ which starts with 'media....'
