Looks like an odd fix - http://review.gluster.org/#/c/4916/ - seen that
while using ctdb - failover doesn't work and clearly this is the message
all the time.
Turning off io-cache helps ctdb failovers. Fix is not clearly addressing
the inode context being NULL.
