Gluster users - Jul 2012 - Gluster Community Planning - Weekly Meetings

As part of our charter to be an independent community, we would like to make it
easier for everyone to participate in the building of gluster.org. If you can
help build web sites, write code, make announcements, help with packaging or
release engineering, or can project manage any of the above, we want you.

If this sounds like something of interest to you, see this link and pick the
dates and times you're available for weekly planning sessions on IRC:

These will begin the week of August 6, but we intend to hold them every week in
#gluster-meeting on IRC (freenode network).

After we select the date and time, look for an agenda to be posted on the wiki.

I have started to do some work on some of these items. They're still 
open for discussion, however, on the discussion tab of this wiki page.

We have consensus for the first meeting:  

Thursday, August 9, 10pm EDT/7pm PDT/02:00 UTC (next day)/7:30am IST (next day)


We'll look to make this the regular time on a weekly basis.

Come meet us in the IRC channel #gluster-meeting on the Freenode network.

After the first meeting, we'll create a separate mailing list for
infrastructure activity so as not to interfere with the usual discussions taking
place on gluster-users and gluster-devel.
