Gluster users - Aug 2011 - (3.1.X) add-brick during re-balancing

Hi,

I have some questions about re balancing.

1. Can I omit gluster volume rebalance after add-brick ?  

2. Can I issue another add-brick before current rebalancing is not finished ?

You can. Just that without 'fix-layout', file creations in existing
directories are not going to newly added nodes. (Anyways, the new
directories created after add-brick can goto all nodes).

> You can. But continuing the old rebalance doesn't make sense anyways. I
recommend issuing a 'gluster volume stop' before another add-brick.
