Flac - Jun 2010 - metaflac: copying all metadata from one FLAC file to another?

I'm trying to copy all of the metadata in a FLAC file to another FLAC 
file.  Is there a simple way to do this with metaflac (perhaps a dump of 
all the source file's metadata which can be piped to another metaflac 
for writing into a destination FLAC file)?

Currently I'm guessing I'll have to:

- copy tags
- copy cuesheet
- copy picture (for each metadata block)

as separate invocations of metaflac.  Does this sound correct?
