VS2015, considering it's quite recent and the Community Edition has a free-to-use-for-open-source license going on. Do you plan to drop support for VS2005/2008? Besides, VS2015 and VS2010 solution/project files will be almost identical, so what's the benefit from separate VS2015 and VS2010 solutions?
