flac dev - Jun 2008 - FLAC DLL available?

Hi all,

I have been looking for a FLAC code/decode program in DLL 
format, and I have downloaded from dlldll.com the following:

       FLAC.dll

However, I have no idea how to use it as I can't find any 
documentation about it.

Question: Is there an official FLAC.dll that is available 
suitable for non-OGG use, and where can I find the API interface?

yes, you need flac-1.2.1-devel-win.zip from here:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=13478&package_id=12675
that has DLLs, static libs, and headers.
