Dang, didn't read the /flac on the end of that ogg. Sorry. Two different
containers. Not different encodings. My mistake.
Not sure if you can switch containers w/out re-encoding. But you can
also do this one on the fly too:
flac -d -c <filename>.flac | flac --ogg -o <filename>.ogg -
