This DONT_ESTIMATE_RICE_BITS define in stream_encoder caused problems when i was playing with bonk residual coding, real results were poor. -- Miroslav Lichvar

The -# options are already well tuned for CD audio. If you are not encoding CD audio then reply back with the resolution and sample rate and we can go over it more.
