dtrace discuss - Dec 2008 - Local interface ARP table population tracing

We have an issue where the ARP table is being updated with the factory MAC
address of the interface rather than the manually configurated MAC address
defined by ''ifconfig ether'' when the interface is being
up''d by us and down''d by DAD frequently.  We''d like
to see if we could come up with a DTrace script that would follow all functions
that are executed when an ARP address is added to the kernel''s ARP
table as an interface is brought up.
