dovecot - Nov 2018 - Cannot make disable_plaintext_auth = no works in configuration

Hi,
No matter how I try, I cannot make the config disable_plaintext_auth = no to
work. I have set it up in 10-auth.conf but when I check with doveconf -a it is
still disable_plaintext_auth = yes. Here is my config:

As expected.

doveconf -a shows all DEFAULT settings

doveconf -n shows your custom/current settings being used by the running
dovecot system.

What does doveconf -n show?

Please keep list communications on list.

If your doveconf -n doesn't reflect the changes you are making, then you
are editing the wrong file.
