dovecot - Jun 2017 - Duplicate mailing list messages

Is it just me receiving in Digest mode, or are all message submissions
to this list being duplicated?

No, it is not only you receiving duplicated messages. It has started 
again today with the mail(s) by Michal Hlavinka asking about the 
cap_net_admin capability.

The suspicious doubled messages contain and addressing to a 
local.dovecot newsgroup and have the mail header "Newsgroups: 
local.dovecot".
