dovecot - Jun 2017 - Show other users quota

Hey,

Is there a way to show other users quota under shared namespace? Right now
when I try to "a getquotaroot user/other.user" I get  "NO Not
showing other
users' quota"

Dovecot version 2.2.27

Relevant part of the config:
