dovecot - Oct 2016 - [feature suggestion] pigeonhole - sendmail path for outgoing email

pigeonhole seems to use /usr/sbin/sendmail for its outgoing emails -
even tought that is does not seem to be documented anywhere. How about
setting to specify diffrent sendmail program path and parameters?

Possibility of adding custom header to outgoing sieve message would
also be nice feature.

The sendmail_path setting is documented here (not Sieve-specific):

This is currently only supported from Sieve itself:

And I can confirm that it works; we've been using this for a long time
and it correctly affects Sieve:

protocol lda {
  # used if sieve resends a message:
  sendmail_path = /usr/local/bin/dovecot-sendmail-wrapper
}
