Hello, Can dovecot log pop/imap session, and notify(by sending mail) admin in case of errors? Something like notify_classes in postfix. Regards Tomasz

How about using some kind of a syslog that supports it?Ok, but there are errors that are not logged(i assume that debug mode is disabled) Lets take, for example a bug when dovecot freezes and telneting directly to the port shows: Waiting for authentication process to respond... This could be reported to admin by mail and is faster than reading logs.
