dovecot - Apr 2006 - LDA and Shared Mailboxes

I'm hoping LDA has what I'm looking for, basically, I want to be able
to deliver mail, to a shared mailbox. Ideally, I'd like a method of
determining what address can send to the shared mailbox, and I don't
like the idea of having to copy emails into the mailbox, to 'send' to
it. I'd prefer to just send to an address, and if your permissions are
correct, then the email is delivered to the shared mailbox.

Any ideas?

Maybe create some dummy user whose INBOX is the shared mailbox? Or a
dummy user for multiple shared mailboxes, with a Sieve script which
figures out where to put the mails.
