CentOS - Dec 2020 - Is Oracle a real alternative to Centos?

That's it. I know Oracle's history, but I think for Oracle Linux, they
may be
much better than their reputation.

I'm currently fiddling around with it, and I like it very much. Plus
there's a
nice script to turn an existing CentOS installation into an Oracle Linux system.

Ok, thanks!  

I think I'll play with it in a Virtual Box installation and see what goes
on.

It does look interesting.  It's just, you know... Oracle....
