CentOS - Jun 2016 - Centos update 6.8 to 7

?I downloaded Centos 7 and i want to update from local usb i created using dd
if=cenots7 of=/dev/sdc?i dont want to reinstall, i need just to update.What
would be the best way to do so pleaseThanks muchBachir

There is no supported mechanism for upgrading from CentOS6 to CentOS7.  The
unsupported ways of doing it can leave you system broken.  Better to just back
up your data and reload with the CentOS7 media.
