CentOS - Oct 2015 - centos 7, nm, wifi

Hi, folks,

   Haven't found the answer to this in googling: I want wifi never to be
turned up. I mean, this is on a workstation that's hardwired, and
doesn't have wifi.... Obviously, I want this persistent.
